Pre-Design
In Pre-Design, we cast a vision and develop a building program. This includes identifying the scope of the project and a list of functions and spaces. We discuss budget and timing goals as well as fundraising and community engagement.
Design
The Design phase begins with Schematic Design in which we work closely with the client through an iterative process to shape the building. Once designed and approved, we move on to the detailed production of Construction Documents. This phase integrates building and structural systems into a document set that is ready to receive a building permit.
Construction
Our involvement throughout the Construction phase varies with the method of project delivery, however our overriding goal of this phase is that the client receives the designed project as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
